International Conference on “Advances in Renewable Energy and Green Technology (ICARE)
CO2 Research and Green Technology Centre of Vellore Institute Technology (VIT), Vellore – one of the premier technical institutes in India - is organising an International Conference on “Advances in Renewable Energy and Green Technology (ICARE)” during 22 - 24 August 2019.
This conference is being organised jointly with the National institute of Wind energy (NIWE) – an autonomous R&D institution under the ministry of new and renewable energy, Government of India, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) - an independent multi-dimensional research organisation and University of South Africa (UNISA) - a top ranked university in The Republic of South Africa.
The thematic areas of the International Conference include Solar Energy, Wind Energy, Hydel Power, Bioenergy, Biofuels and Biochemicals and Green Technology. Details on the thematic areas can been seen in the attached conference brochure.
A large number of researchers from academia, industry and government organizations are attending the conference. Another highlight of the conference is conduct of ministerial sections to chalk out major policy recommendations for the government and Non-Government organisations.
All the papers will be double peer reviewed by the experts at International level in the pertinent fields before getting accepted for presentation.
