 1st report information

 On May, 25-26th, 2018 the IVth International scientific conference on the theme «The Optical and Photoelectric Phenomena in Semiconductive Micro- and Nanostructures» is held in Fergana polytechnic institute. For participation in conference work,  scientists, experts, scientific researchers, the post-graduate students, masters in branches of the activity conferences working in the research organizations and Higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign scientists are invited.

                                                          

Scientific topics of the conference:

A. The optical phenomena in quant-dimensional semiconductor structures, including Photon-crystal systems;

B. Excitons and other optical quasiparticles in  semiconductive micro- and nanostructures;

C. Applied questions of the photo-electric phenomena in the semi-conductor solar Cells and thin-film structures;

D. Interaction of radiation with a surface of semiconductors;

E. New scientific directions and last achievements of physics of semiconductors. 

 

Requirements to report registration. The works are accepted in the last 5 years. Materials are submitted in Russian or English. Volume to 4 (survey - plenary reports to 8) full pages of format А4; fields - 20 mm; font Times New Roman, the size 12 pt, an interval between lines - unary. The manuscript text should contain accurately formulated aim works, the scientific approach and  research technique, the basic results and their novelty,  scientific and practical importance, comparison with the known data, prospects, conclusions. In the beginning of the page UDC and the report title is printed. The full name of the authors is printed  below the title , then the name of the organization with instructions of the city, the country and e-mail. Further, through an interval the text with alignment on width is printed. Numbers of pages are not put down.

The electronic version of materials should be prepared in text editor Microsoft Word 97 (2003) c expansion doc. Schedules, drawings, tables are inserted under the statement text. Abstracts in an e-version and printed form (for citizens of The Republic of Uzbekistan together with expert judgements) should be  directed to the address: 150107 , Fergana, street Fergana 86, Uzbekistan, FerPI. The deadline for the submission of abstracts - on May, 10th, 2018 Conference materials will be published by the beginning of the conference.The selected works of the conference will be published in the scientific journal «Scientific and technical journal of FerPi». Please ,enter

Excursion to the   historical places of Fergana valley will be organized.
