Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences

He graduated from Tashkent State Technical University (TSTU).
He was awarded for the best scientific article in the Solar Energy magazine of the World Solar Energy Congress 2007, Beijing, China. Under his leadership, an international project was carried out in cooperation with the Institute of South Florida - Grant CRDF Global (USA) (2014-2016). Supervised several graduate projects of bachelors and undergraduates of TSTU.

Research interests: Semiconductor materials based on A2B6 and A1B3C6, A2B4C6 materials, thin-film solar cells based on them, technology for obtaining solar cells, development of solar panel designs.
He published more than 30 articles in national and international journals.
