Master (2007), completed PhD studies at the Physics and Technology Institute AS RU in 2011.
Areas of research: Processes of nuclear fragmentation in interactions with nucleons and nuclei at high energies.

Publications: He has 35 publications, of them 17 scientific papers, including 12 publications in international journals.
At present, A.K. Olimov is completing his PhD thesis on "Correlation effects in formation of fragments and oxygen nucleus excitation degree in 16Op collisions at 3.25 A GeV/c." Dissertation is at its final stage.
