2018 senior researcher of the laboratory "Semiconductor solar cells", physical and technical Institute of Uzbek Academy of Sciences.

Research interests: renewable energy, hybrid systems, microsets and integration of RES to the electric network.

Education: 2003-2007-Bachelor's Degree. Tashkent state Technical University, faculty of electric power engineering, Eee direction.

2007-2009-Master's Degree. Tashkent State technical University, faculty of electric power engineering, direction of automation of industrial installations and electric drives.

Research activities: currently he is a senior research fellow of the project called Fatih-2018 517+513+362 "integration of photovoltaic systems into the Central electrical network" (2018-2020).

Publications: 10 Republican, 3 international, and 1 computer certificate.
