Senior Researcher on the fundamental research project PFI FA-F3-004 "The study of fundamental new physical models, mechanisms, methods of making of high-efficiency, low-cost photovoltaic cells and their reliable long-term installation"
Education
1999 – 2003:Bachelor’s degree National University of Uzbekistan named after MirzoUlugbek
Specialty: Physics
2003 – 2005 Master’s degree National University of Uzbekistan named after MirzoUlugbek
Specialty: Heliophysics and Apply of Solar Energy
Research Interests
My first scientific experience was in the field of physics studying the process of sputtering surfaces of solidbody. The majority of my work is dedicated to solar semiconductor power. I developed a technology for the production of photovoltaic cells and modules from monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon. I am currently developing new designs of combined photovoltaic systems for generating electric and thermal energy.I am engaged in the design and manufacture of power equipment (charge controllers, voltage inverters, hybrid chargers) for stand-alone photovoltaic systems. I conduct experimental design work in the field of automation of physical experiments and remote process control.
