Nilufar Avezova

Born August 31, 1972 in the city of Tashkent. In 1989 she graduated from the 200th secondary school in the city of Tashkent and in the same year entered Tashkent State University in the faculty of Higher Mathematics.

In 1994 she received a diploma and went to work at the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan. From 1994 to 2017, she worked in the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, starting from the engineer position to the head of the laboratory of Solar Thermal Power Plants.

From 1999 to 2002 she studied in graduate school at the Institute of Physics and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in 2004 she defended her thesis in the field of solar heating in the specialty "Energy installations based on renewable energy".
Since 2014, she has been the executive secretary of the international journal Applied Solar Energy, also a reviewer of the international journals Alternative Energy and Ecology and the publishing house ELSEVIER.

Since 2014, he is chairman of the NTS in the direction of RES in the FTI of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan and MISA.

In 2011, she was awarded the badge “20 years of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan”, and in 2014 she was awarded the “Order of Shukhrat” for services to her fatherland.

She is conducting research on the development of scientific foundations for the creation of new generations of low-potential solar thermal installations and heat supply systems based on them. In recent years, she has proposed a thermal model of solar thermal conversion processes in flat solar collectors and optimization of their main thermal parameters in the heat supply system, which differs from known models in perfection, practicality and enabling the determination of the degree of influence of local raw materials in the Republic on the thermal efficiency of collectors type and defended in 2018 doctoral dissertation work.

Also from July 1, 2014, she worked part-time in the International Solar Energy Institute (MISE) LLC as the head of the Solar Heat Supply Department.

From April 1, 2017 to August 2, she held the position of Deputy Director for Science at MISE.

Since August 2, 2017, he has been the General Director of the Physics-Sunshit Scientific and Production Association of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.
