Born on June 17, 1965. In 1992, he graduated from Gulistan State University with a degree in physics, computer science, and electronic computers.
1997-2000 he studied at the graduate school of the Physicotechnical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan. Since 2010, a researcher at the laboratory "Solar thermal and power plants."

Research interests: basics of thermal conversion and use of solar energy, solar thermal installations.

From 1995 to the present, Kasimov Fakhriddin has been studying the thermal performance of capacitive solar water heating collectors. They, in collaboration with other scientists, published more than 30 scientific and 3 methodical works, has two patents for the author's certificate and one for the useful model.

At this time, he participates in the fundamental research project F3-FA-O-50940 on the subject “Study of the thermal engineering and dynamic characteristics of solar insolation systems and thermodynamic converters of solar energy” and the scientific and technical project FA-A4-F030 on the subject “Development and Implementation of Express -methods of thermal testing and determining the basic thermal parameters of flat solar collectors and absorbers for heating the heat-transfer fluid ”
