She is the creator of the scientific school of synergetic processes in semiconductors with deep impurities and defects.

Famous scientist - theorist in the field of semiconductor physics and semiconductor device structures. Her work on generation-recombination currents in amorphous semiconductors and injection processes in semiconductors with a diffuse impurity spectrum is known.

The effect of injection depletion predicted by him (together with PM Karagiorgy-Alkalayev) found wide experimental confirmation first on classical semiconductors (silicon, germanium, gallium arsenide), and in recent years on new materials-on various solid solutions.

Scientific interests: Injection and photoelectric phenomena in semiconductors and semiconductor structures on their basis; interaction of impurities and defects in semiconductors; processes of self-organization and synergetic phenomena in semiconductors with impurities and defects;
