Education: He had graduated from Tashkent state university.

Scientific interests: Physics and technics of semiconductor devices, liqued epitaxy, concentrical and high voltage solar cells based on gallium arsenide , silicon photoelectrical converter, silicon carbide and diamond LEDs for IR, UV and visible range.

Published more 26 scientific journal articles and more 40 conference papers.
