Mardonbek Ulugbekovich Hajiev – Ph.D, Senior Researcher. He graduated from the Tashkent state technical university.

Scientific interests: physics of semiconductors and materials sciences, oxide materials, renewable energy and high temperature physics.

Publications: Research results have been presented at the international and local conferences. He has printed more 70 scientific papers.
