Educations: Bachelor from department of Physics and mathematics of the Termez state university, Physics (2000-2004), Master degree from department of Physics of the National university of Uzbekistan, Physics of Polymers (2004-2006).  

 Scientific interests: Research and development of semiconductor devices based on wide band gap semiconductors.

 Publications: Research results have been presented at the international and local conferences. He is author (coauthor) more 40 scientific paper and 2 patents.
