Rashid Akhmetovich Ayukhanov - Doctor of Science in physical and mathematical sciences. He graduated from the department of physics of the Tashkent state university.

Scientific interests: acoustic-optical interaction in the field of exiton resonances, deformation-optical properties of superlattices, polariton effects in the volume and low size crystals, processes of transportation of carriers in low size structures. 

Publications: More 27 scientific journal articles and 1 patent.
