He was born on July 27, 1986.

Since 2009 he has been working at the Physico-Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
 
Since 2021 he is the Deputy Director of the Institute on Science and Innovations.

Scientific activity:

Fundamental and applied research in the field of semiconductor instrumentation;

Currently, it conducts research in accordance with the plans for the following projects: FA-A3-F026 "Development of methods for optimizing the operational parameters of silicon power semiconductor devices" and FA-F-5-020 "Physical regularities of carrier current transfer in semiconductor structures, obtained by new technological approaches, based on Si, Cu2ZnSn (S1-xSex) 4 and wide-band semiconductors ".

Development and creation of a semiconductor instrument base for various devices of industry, medicine, informatics, communications, etc .;

Currently working on the development of low-voltage limiters for devices, protecting electrotechnical devices from electrostatic discharges and other electrical overloads, as well as the development of highly sensitive zero-base phototransistor structures for optical spectroscopy devices;

Participation in the industrial development and production of semiconductor instrumentation products;

Currently, within the framework of the project FA-A3-F026 "Development of methods for optimizing the operational parameters of silicon power semiconductor devices", tests of an optimized method for controlling the diffusion process in industrial diffusion furnaces of JSC "FOTON".

Creation and implementation of high-tech science-intensive developments in the field of micro- and optoelectronics;

Currently, under the agreement No. 01 / 03-17, dated 27.03.2017, between JSC "Uzeltehsanoat", JSC "FOTON" and the Physico-Technical Institute of the NGO "Physics-Sun" is working on the development of an electronic circuit block for protecting the electric motor (motor) of the household vacuum cleaner from voltage drop, on the basis of semiconductor devices, produced at JSC "FOTON".

Development of a technological base for the creation of new semiconductor materials and structures;

Currently he is working on the development and modernization of liquid epitaxy technology for growing thin and homogeneous layers of various semiconductor materials.
