Research interests: Physical phenomena in multilayer semiconductor structures, technology for obtaining epitaxial structures with a quasi-periodic transition.

Publications: has more than 350 publications, 150 of them foreign, 35 with impact factor, and 36 patents for inventions. Three monographs, one textbook and a chapter in a foreign monograph.
