Creation and investigation of thin-film solar cells based on amorphous, nanocrystalline, microcrystalline hydrogenated silicon and its alloys, A2B6 semiconductor compounds and alloys based on it, A1B3C6 semiconductor compounds and alloys based on it, Cu (In, Ga) Se2.

Published more than 75 publications in national and international journals, as well as in national and international conferences.
