R. T. Yuldoshov is a postdoctoral researcher in the Photoelectronics Laboratory of the S.A. Azimov Physical-Technical Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
His research interests lie in the field of thin-film chalcogenide and perovskite photovoltaics, encompassing the growth of Sb₂Se₃ and CZTS absorber layers by thermal evaporation and chemical methods, post-deposition selenisation, texture and orientation control, surface and interface passivation, the fabrication of halide perovskite structures for solar cells, and the structural, elemental, and optical characterisation of solar cell materials
