M. Pirimmatov received his Master's degree in 2020 from the National University of Uzbekistan, specialising in the physics of renewable energy sources and sustainable environment.
He is completing his Ph.D. at the S.A. Azimov Physical-Technical Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, under the supervision of K. M. Kuchkarov, and currently holds the position of Junior Researcher in the Photoelectronics Laboratory of the institute. His research focuses on the development of high-efficiency solar cells based on Sb₂Se₃ (SbₓSeᵧ) thin-film chalcogenide semiconductors.
