Scientific Activity:
Engages in fundamental and applied research in the field of solar cells and semiconductor photoelectronics.
He was the project leader of the applied research project No. YoFA-Ftex-2018-205 on the topic: “Development of selective photodetectors based on CdSₓTe₁₋ₓ”.

• Conducted comprehensive experimental research on the development of thin-film solar cell structures based on materials such as CdTe, CZTS, CIGS, and Sb₂Se₃, and worked on improving their optical, electrical, and morphological properties.
• Currently supervises the applied research project No. AL-9224104496 on the topic: “Development of a technology for obtaining thin films of Cu₂ZnSn(S,Se)₄ to improve the efficiency of solar cells”.

Works on creating high-efficiency solar cells based on various buffer layers and heterostructures.
• Conducts scientific studies on energy band alignment, interface passivation, and CBO (conduction band offset) analysis of Zn₁₋ₓMgₓO, Zn(O,S,OH)ₓ, ZnCdS, and CdS₁₋ₓTeₓ layers with absorber layers such as Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)₂ and Cu₂(Sn,Ge)S₃.

Actively involved in scientific and practical activities related to the fabrication of thin-film solar cells using modern technologies.
• Has extensive experience in the preparation of ITO, ZnO, Mo, CdS, CdTe, Sb₂Se₃, CZTS, ZnMgO and other layers using technologies such as spin coating, thermal evaporation, magnetron sputtering, chemical bath deposition (CBD), CSS, CMBD, and EBG, as well as in thermal treatment of these layers.

Actively participates in scientific exchange and international collaboration.
• Has undertaken scientific internships in Malaysia (UKM), the USA (USF), Italy (University of Parma), Switzerland (EMPA), and Japan (Ritsumeikan University).
